All events are 21+ to attend unless otherwise stated on the event page. We allow those under 21 to attend any show with a parent or legal guardian (older siblings or friends DO NOT count). The upstairs record shop is for all ages.

There are several ways to purchase tickets for Pour House shows (see below).

Online — On our website click the “Buy Tickets” button next to the event you’d like to attend (on the Homepage or the Calendar page). Also, find tickets at www.seetickets.us (unless it is a show that is externally ticketed. These shows will still be listed on our website with proper links).

On Facebook — Head to The Pour House Music Hall & Record Shop page and select the event you’d like to purchase tickets for. There will be a ticket link in the event description, as well as a “Find Tickets” button under the event info.

At the Door — Tickets can be purchased at the venue on the day of the show (if not sold out). We accept cash, card, and tap pay. Tickets can also be purchased online the day of the show, but may be subject to a higher price.

The Pour House is a general admission standing venue with limited seating. Seating is first come, first serve unless otherwise noted. If you require special accommodations, please email nick@the-pour-house.com.

Valid physical ID required (Driver’s License or Passport). Tickets must be shown. No outside beverages or weapons. Bags are subject to search.

All sales are FINAL. Refunds or exchanges are only issued if a show is cancelled (including weather-related events).

We do not. Street parking in downtown Raleigh is free after 6 PM and on weekends. Parking decks are also nearby.

Photography is allowed, but please confirm with artists before shooting. NO FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY. Policies are subject to change.

Please wear shoes and be fully dressed. No club/gang colors or any clothing promoting hate or violence.

No. The designated smoking area is outside on the sidewalk.

We typically close within 30 minutes after the show ends, regardless of time.

We do not serve food, but you may bring your own.
